Our mission

Software should work for you, not with you.

We exist to return time to small business owners. We eliminate repetitive, time-intensive operational work through software, so that owners and their people spend less time maintaining the business and more time improving it. Routine work should not consume the attention of the people responsible for growth, customers and judgment.

What we build, and what we refuse to become.

We build

Software that performs business tasks on its own and fits the way the client already works. Privacy first: the client's records stay under the client's control, on the client's own computer. Direct human support. Our own engineering, not a low-code kit.

We refuse to become

A consulting firm, or a low-code implementation shop. Advice may support the work; the purpose is working software that performs real operational tasks and is maintained over time.

How we work.

Four standards, the same for every client.

The customer promise: Systems that work on behalf of the business and involve the owner only where judgment is required.
The engineering rule: When the software is uncertain, it asks instead of guessing. Nothing is posted, sent or deleted without a person's consent.
The operating standard: Every decision must save the client time while protecting long-term trust.
The measure of value: The owner reports that the business has gained capacity, as if three employees had been hired.

Small, and early. Said plainly.

The software has been live with a paying client since August 2026. One client is in delivery. Two further Packages are built and await their first owner. Everything on this site is in service today; where something is still owed, we say so.

The principles the software is built on.

The records stay home: Clients, jobs, documents and books are files on your computer, readable without us. Our gateway holds one small book for the crew's phones and nothing else.
It asks before it acts: Nothing is posted, sent or deleted without your action.
It updates itself: A correction is published once and every client's computer adopts it on its next start. A fix reaches a client in minutes.
A person answers: A named person, within one working day. A note from inside the application reaches us directly.
