Privacy policy
Last updated September 12, 2026
Calm Systems Technologies Inc. is an Ontario company. This page explains what this website does with your information and what happens when you book a call with us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, known as PIPEDA. Privacy is also how we build our software: a client's records stay on the client's own computer.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The images, videos and fonts on it are served from our own site. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" button opens a Google Calendar appointment page. What you enter there, your name, your email address and any note, is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy and delivered to our calendar. We use it only to hold the call, prepare for it, and follow up on what we discussed. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Social media
If you message us on Instagram or TikTok, those platforms' own policies apply to the message. We use what you tell us only to answer you.
If you become a client
The records your business keeps inside Calm OS stay on your computer. What we hold about you as a client, your contact details, the agreement, invoices and support notes, is covered by that agreement, not by this page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Book a call or message us on Instagram at @CalmSystemsinc and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
