This website is published by Calm Systems Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By using it you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
What this site is
The site describes the company and its software, Calm OS, so that an owner can decide whether to book a call. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quote, a price, or a promise about what a system will do for a particular business.
The software and the service
Calm OS and the work of building, installing and supporting a Package are provided only under a separate written agreement between Calm Systems Technologies Inc. and the client. That agreement, not this page, sets out what is delivered, what it costs and who is responsible for what.
The screens on this site
Every screenshot shows one Package, built for a home-services company, with demonstration data. No client's records appear. A Package for another trade carries different screens.
Booking a call
Booking runs through a Google Calendar appointment page and is subject to Google's terms. A booking is a conversation, not a commitment by either side.
Ownership
The text, images, videos and the Calm OS name and mark on this site belong to Calm Systems Technologies Inc. You may link to the site. You may not copy its content for commercial use without written permission.
No warranty for the site
We keep this site accurate and available with reasonable care, but we provide it as it is, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
